Responsibilities
Implement the programming that allows successful aging and support for our residents living with memory loss and their families
Build and support meaningful relationships with our residents that will allow residents to grow regardless of their age or physical or cognitive abilities
Create and implement activities that are designed to support our residents' intellectual, spiritual, social, and physical abilities while creating a fun, positive, creative, and inspirational atmosphere for our residents and team members
Qualification
Required
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma
Drivers License required to drive our bus for outings
Preferred
Experience In Senior-living Or Related Industry Preferred
Experience working with those living with memory loss preferred
Experience As An Activities Assistant Preferred
