They are looking for a Business Analyst to advance the use of their Netsmart health records application by analyzing processes, collaborating on configurations, and ensuring user requirements are met.

Responsibilities

Be a team member in an agile environment to analyze processes, collaborate on configurations, and ensure user requirements are addressed and tested to maintain and enhance the application

Document configurations and adaptations to ensure an auditable integrity of customizations or unique user requests with the ability to create reports or extract information necessary to use the application

Develop an in house expertise on processes and clinical approaches used by our agency and ensure that knowledge transfers to users so we can maximize the value of the application

Ensure alignment occurs between system capability and user needs
