Qualification
Required
Active California law license in good standing (and jurisdiction of residence if required)
Strong oral advocacy, arbitration presence, and time management
Ability to quickly internalize provided materials and execute a focused plan
Commitment to limited-scope representation parameters
High level of self-motivation and responsiveness in a remote setting
Preferred
One year of litigation experience is preferred; relevant experience through internships or similar case management may be considered
