Law Clerk Intern

Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking a law student for its 12-week, full-time, paid law clerk program during the Summer of 2026. This clerkship will provide valuable work experience in various legal fields and the opportunity to collaborate with in-house corporate counsel and participate in research with accomplished scientists and engineers.

Responsibilities

Work with experienced attorneys and legal professionals who represent the Laboratory across a wide spectrum of practice areas
Support requests from SRNL executives, researchers, engineers, and other staff in resolving legal issues and risks
Gain experience working with in-house corporate counsel in a structured environment
Participate in research with the Laboratory’s accomplished scientists and engineers
Engage in multiple legal fields, including litigation, business transactions, environmental health and safety, government contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and more

Currently enrolled in a law degree program (Post Bachelor's level)
