Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives within the Revenue team
Manage complex schedules and coordinate travel
Drive critical deliverables and support revenue team operations, events, and cross-functional initiatives
Ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day execution of tasks
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience providing executive-level support to VP and/or C-suite leaders
Strong project management capabilities with a track record of managing multiple concurrent priorities
Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office
Experience planning and executing events for 100+ attendees
Proven ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and complex multi–time-zone coordination
Demonstrated experience preparing and editing documents and presentations
Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and time zones
Ability to work onsite 3–5 days per week and travel to other CoreWeave locations as needed
Preferred
Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
Experience working within a high-growth or highly collaborative environment
Background supporting revenue, sales, or go-to-market organizations
