Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by enabling partners and collaborating with sales to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Identify, onboard, and manage strategic insurance alliance partners, serving as the primary point of contact for initiatives and escalations
Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies that align with partner and company objectives
Enable partners through training, marketing resources, and product education, supporting new product rollouts and ongoing success
Track, measure, and optimize partner performance against KPIs, monitoring pipeline and providing insights to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, CX, and product teams to remove roadblocks and ensure partner success
Represent Applied Systems at industry events and partner conferences, while maintaining accurate partner records and negotiating contracts and incentives

Required

3+ years of experience in direct sales or channel sales, preferably in the SaaS or insurance space
Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships with external partners; experience working directly with partners strongly preferred
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams
Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools for accurate forecasting and reporting
Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office - Candidate must reside within North America
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
