Field Coordinator
Help at Home is hiring for a Field Coordinator to provide clerical and customer service support while ensuring the delivery of quality care services through daily client visits. The role involves administrative support, managing phone calls, and completing clerical tasks within the branch.

Responsibilities
Conduct daily visits to the homes of our clients
Enter and submit documentation records of home visits
Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed
Greet and assist guests
Assist the Branch Manager with any other administrative/clerical duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Access to an insured and reliable vehicle or public transportation
Active and current auto insurance
Ability to travel within the service area on weekdays between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Proficient computer skills
Customer service experience and skills
