Account Manager - Multifamily Flooring Sales
Artisent Floors is a fast growing, full-service flooring company, and they’re looking for the right people to join their team. The Account Manager will be responsible for driving branch revenue, making cold calls, and ensuring high levels of customer service to multifamily apartment communities.

Make in-person cold calls to businesses and multifamily apartment communities
Measure apartment units and homes to create proposals for customers
Drive branch revenue through individual performance
Ensure high levels of customer service to all current and future prospects
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and experienced individual
Ability to make in-person cold calls to businesses and multifamily apartment communities
Ability to measure apartment units and homes to create proposals for customers
Ability to drive branch revenue through individual performance
Ability to ensure high levels of customer service to all current and future prospects
Become a subject matter expert on all products, softwares and systems
Ability to learn the 'Artisent Sales Method'
Willingness to spend one week in home office training and another week in respective market with a trainer
Preferred
2-5 years of outside sales or multi-family experience
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Exceptional ability to connect with prospects and customers
Driven by competition and working within a team environment
Strives to be better today than yesterday
Aptitude to learn and absorb new technologies and skills
