Inside Sales Partner
ConnectPay is a rapidly growing, forward-thinking company dedicated to transforming payroll for small businesses across the United States. The Inside Sales Partner is responsible for farming within existing clients remotely and managing the entire sales cycle, engaging with clients via phone, email, or other virtual channels to close deals and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with current clients
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls and emails
Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, provide solutions to customer needs, while upselling products or services
Maintain a database of customer interactions and activities in a CRM system
Stay up to date on product and service information and research competitor offerings
Manages client qualifications to identify targets and strategies
Partner with marketing to maintain proper collateral and tool needs
Meet or exceed KPI’s
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B sales experience in a competitive quota, results-driven environment
Successful track record at nurturing, managing and developing sales with existing clients
Possess strong and polished professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems and internet/social media platforms
Track record of high achievement
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Payroll experience a plus
Fintech or HR compliance background a plus
Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or related field a plus
