Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across departments, from entry-level to senior positions
Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture
Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, in collaboration with hiring managers
Offer Management: Work with the hiring managers to extend job offers and facilitate the offer negotiation process
Employer Branding: Represent the company positively during candidate interactions, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role, ensuring clear communication of requirements and providing guidance on best practices
Data-Driven Insights: Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rates, and use these insights to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a recruiter in a corporate setting or agency, preferably in payment processing, merchant services, or finance
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition technologies, and social media recruiting platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a start-up-like environment
Preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ZipRecruiter, and Google Workspace is a plus
