Remote Regional Sales Manager
Kimmel & Associates is a manufacturing company specializing in engineered HVAC and A2L refrigerant systems. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence across the Mid-Atlantic region by driving product adoption and managing complex sales cycles within the construction ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Developing and executing a regional sales strategy aligned with the company’s national growth plan
Building relationships across the construction value chain, including engineers, architects, owners, and contractors
Driving product adoption by educating customers on technical features, regulatory requirements, and life-safety benefits
Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
Managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
Reporting on regional performance trends and competitive activity
Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Qualification
Required
7+ years of sales experience in engineered products, construction materials, HVAC systems, or related sectors
Proven success introducing new or disruptive products into the construction ecosystem
Ability to navigate highly fragmented, technical, code-driven markets
Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and influencing multiple stakeholders
Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex system advantages clearly
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to work remotely
Willingness to travel throughout PA, MD, VA, DE, and DC as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
