Responsibilities
Managing the full project life cycle, including safety, scope, schedule, budget, and risk for complex BESS projects
Overseeing project designs, Bill of Materials (BOM), equipment specifications, and construction requirements
Collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive project milestones
Leading the development of project proposals, schedules, and material lists
Providing project performance updates to internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring high-quality deliverables by conducting engineering work reviews
Traveling to client sites and vendor facilities to ensure alignment on project goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Experience managing BESS projects in the utility industry (or similar industry experience)
Expertise in cost/schedule reporting
A strong leader with advanced organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects
A skilled communicator capable of leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders
