Client Services Specialist
Stirista is seeking a Client Services Specialist to build trust and loyalty with clients by understanding their marketing goals. The role involves collaborating with teams to ensure projects stay on track and recommending strategies for strong ROI on campaigns.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts
Facilitate smooth client handoffs from Sales to Client Service and Operations teams
Lead new Account and new Project kickoff meetings to provide clients with a comprehensive, confidence-building onboarding experience
Work alongside operations teams to stay abreast of all account activities. Ensure projects stay on schedule and KPIs are on track. Ensure everything we do is in alignment with overall client objectives and goals
Communicate frequently and proactively. Listen to uncover client needs, anticipate and mitigate potential issues and roadblocks. Share news of our mutual successes
Thoughtfully receive, respond to, and execute requests in a friendly and timely manner
Prepare documentation such as meeting agendas, notes, reports, estimates, proposals, project timelines, monthly or quarterly reviews, etc
Learn from internal subject matter experts about our campaigns and products to deepen your own expertise. You don’t copy and paste internal communication to the client but understand it and meaningfully translate it in a client-friendly way
Qualification
Required
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software
Communicate (written and oral) with clients and colleagues in an open, clear, friendly, confident manner
Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and recommends solutions proactively
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a focus on results
Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. Able to prioritize and re-prioritize as new information rolls in
Meet with clients in person, over the phone and through other various contact methods
Ability to translate internal 'technical speak' into client-friendly explanations
Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Work efficiently alone and collaborate as part of a team
Think critically and objectively. Demonstrate strategic decision-making
Openness to coaching, training, learning on the job, and adapts easily
Comfortable giving presentations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred
3-5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
Experience in design and execution of campaigns in different channels: email, CTV/OTT, display, social advertising, programmatic advertising, creative design
Experience in identity data and custom audience segmentation, working with B2B and B2C accounts
