Risk Management - Control Manager Vice President

Responsibilities
Lead execution of the control and operational risk evaluation framework
Assess business processes to identify and analyze risk and control issues
Verify controls are properly designed and operating effectively
Analyze risk and control data to resolve issues and identify trends
Evaluate the impact of new policies, standards, and technology solutions
Track and manage issues and action plans to ensure timely completion
Prepare for and support regulatory, audit, and internal reviews
Implement firmwide control initiatives for Asset Wealth Risk Management
Collaborate with business partners, operations, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators, and technology teams
Communicate findings and recommendations to management
Drive continuous improvement in the control environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance in financial services
Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements
Proven ability to lead and deliver projects under tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience developing executive presentations
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA
Experience in Asset Wealth Management or Private Bank Risk
Familiarity with control frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
Experience supporting regulatory or audit reviews
Knowledge of change management protocols
Ability to influence and gain consensus among stakeholders
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
