They are seeking a Senior Mendix Developer/Architect to lead technical execution across multiple concurrent projects, provide architectural oversight, and mentor external partner teams.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and development of Mendix-based applications across global manufacturing operations

Provide architectural guidance and quality assurance across multiple projects and partner teams

Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants to ensure alignment with strategic goals

Mentor and coach external development partners, offering continuous feedback and direction

Integrate persona-based design principles and outputs from design thinking workshops into application architecture

Support project planning and execution aligned with fiscal year cycle

Required

5+ years of experience in Mendix development, with proven architectural leadership

Strong understanding of low-code platforms and enterprise application modernization

Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
