Responsibilities
Perform general clerical tasks, including answering the phone and greeting clients
Assist with kitchen organization, including maintaining supplies and cleanliness
Coordinate and order lunches and dinners for meetings and events
Support event planning and coordination, including logistics and setup
Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Manage schedules and appointments to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive attitude
Preferred
Experience with event coordination is a plus
