Responsibilities
Provide AMS support for SAP Digital Manufacturing applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions
Collaborate with senior consultants on development tasks, enhancements, and technical integrations
Assist in the configuration and technical setup of SAP DM functionalities
Participate in project activities across the SAP Activate methodology (requirements, design, build, testing, go-live)
Support integration topics involving SAP PP, QM, EWM, and machine connectivity/interfaces
Contribute to technical documentation, test execution, and user training
Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and customers
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience in manufacturing processes, IT support, or development (internships included)
Understanding of SAP environments or ERP systems (academic or hands-on)
Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, Python, ABAP, Java, UI5)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Ability to communicate professionally in English and French
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial/Manufacturing Systems, or a related field
Preferred
Exposure to SAP Production Planning (PP) or MES systems
Experience with IoT protocols, machine integration, or industrial systems
SAP certifications or relevant academic projects
