Responsibilities
Lead the water/wastewater engineering team, helping grow the practice in Dallas and across Texas
Manage MUD and large residential projects from design through delivery, with focus on lift stations, pump stations, and treatment plant work
Lead and train a team of 3-7 junior engineers, whilst hiring and onboarding new employees
Serve as a technical expert, reviewing work for accuracy and guiding professional development of junior staff
Collaborate with regional leaders to advance service initiatives and position the firm as a market leader
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE)
7+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
