Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize full‑stack applications including front‑end interfaces and backend services
Integrate AI systems using Semantic Kernel or similar orchestration frameworks
Work with LLMs—specifically Claude—for application integration, prompt/agent workflows, and feature development
Implement vector‑search functionality using Qdrant
Build and maintain graph‑based features and queries using Neo4j
Develop cloud‑based services and deployment workflows using Azure
Design secure, scalable APIs and microservices
Collaborate closely with product, design, and founders to deliver rapid iterations and high‑impact features
Work effectively in a lean startup environment with shifting priorities and fast development cycles
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full‑stack .Net development experience in a startup setting
Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies
Direct experience with Semantic Kernel or equivalent orchestration frameworks
Hands‑on experience integrating Claude or similar LLMs into applications
Proficient with Qdrant and vector‑search systems
Experience working with Neo4j for graph data modeling and querying
Strong knowledge of Azure services, cloud architecture, and deployment tooling
Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks, API design, and application security
US Citizen and currently located in the United States
Preferred
Experience working in early‑stage (Seed–Series B) startup environments
Familiarity with event‑driven systems, microservices, or distributed architectures
Ability to own features end‑to‑end, from requirements through deployment
