Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage requests for all engineering letters, affidavits, and related documentation to support solar project approvals

Track and follow up with engineering partners to ensure timely completion of all required materials

Upload and organize documentation accurately within company systems and partner engineering platforms

Communicate professionally with vendors, engineers, project managers, and fellow team members to ensure seamless information flow

Monitor document status and timelines, proactively addressing delays or missing items to prevent project bottlenecks

Maintain accurate records and ensure that all documents are properly formatted and accessible to relevant stakeholders

Collaborate cross-functionally with permitting, engineering, and operations teams to support efficient project progression

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times
