Data & Analytics Manager
Data Culture is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager, a senior, client-facing leader who can take complex projects from ambiguity to delivery. This role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple engagements, guiding analysts and engineers, and serving as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.

Own end-to-end delivery for complex analytics and data engineering projects
Lead client relationships: set expectations, run steering updates, and guide decision-making
Scope new projects and translate ambiguous needs into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and ensure teams deliver high-quality work on time
Provide technical direction on SQL, data modeling, dbt logic, and BI solution design
Review and elevate the work produced by analysts and engineers—ensuring clarity, rigor, and consistency
Guide the creation of reusable frameworks, templates, and playbooks that scale Data Culture’s delivery
Mentor Senior Analysts and Analysts; support skill development through feedback, pairing, and unblocking
Model strong client leadership and communication to help grow future project leads
Oversee performance milestones and help guide career progression
Create an environment of clear expectations, healthy accountability, and psychological safety
Qualification
Required
4–8 years in analytics, data engineering, data consulting, or related roles
Strong SQL fundamentals and the ability to evaluate logic and models
Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Proven success leading cross-functional data projects
Exposure to the modern data stack (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, Git workflows, cloud environments)
Strategic & structured: knows how to tame ambiguity, build frameworks, and set a clear path
Exceptional communicator: can lead conversations, influence decisions, and manage stakeholders
Technically fluent: able to jump into SQL/dbt, review logic, and guide architecture discussions
Leadership through craft: develops others by modeling great work, not just by managing tasks
Calm under pressure: handles tough clients and complex projects with maturity and resilience
Bias for ownership: anticipates risks, solves problems early, and always follows through
Mentor mindset: invested in helping teammates grow their skills, confidence, and judgment
