NetSuite Administrator
PrismHR is a full-service equipment and supplies dealership headquartered in Nashville, seeking a NetSuite Administrator & Marketing Specialist. This role requires balancing technical expertise in NetSuite administration with creative execution in marketing strategy and content development to enhance operational efficiency and market presence.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all NetSuite-related questions, technical issues, and troubleshooting
Manage user roles, permissions, and system access while ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for leadership and customer service teams
Support and optimize workflows for order processing, invoicing, returns, exchanges, and warranty requests
Maintain accurate item records, pricing, and customer data in NetSuite
Collaborate with Oracle NetSuite support and internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide team training on NetSuite best practices and new features
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
Manage and update company website content (including product and category descriptions) and maintain social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to showcase projects, success stories, and industry news
Create and distribute marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns
Coordinate promotions, trade show participation, and community events
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI
Partner with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business development goals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in NetSuite (Oracle) support, ERP administration, or a similar role
Proven experience in digital, social media, content creation, or campaign management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP systems
Strong understanding of order processing, customer service workflows, and data management
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and balance technical and creative responsibilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
Restaurant equipment or food service industry experience
