New Grad, Entry LevelSand Valley is a golf resort and community known for its outdoor activities and hospitality. The Tennis Shop Attendant will assist guests with retail sales, reservations, and ensure a welcoming environment at the Tennis Center.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist with lesson bookings and court reservations
Support the Pro Shop with retail transactions and merchandise upkeep
Answer guest questions by phone, email, and in person
Maintain clean, organized spaces in the Pro Shop and Court Tennis court
Support daily tennis operations and jump in where needed
Qualification
Required
A warm, welcoming, and professional presence
Excellent communication skills with a guest focused approach
A solid understanding of tennis and genuine enthusiasm for helping guests enjoy their visit
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be available to work the full season from May 18 to October 18, 2026
Preferred
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
