Responsibilities

Serve as lead counsel on diverse civil litigation matters in Florida state courts (federal court experience is a plus)

Manage cases from pleadings through trial, including depositions, discovery, dispositive motions, and mediations

Collaborate with a trial-focused legal team and claims partners to deliver strategic, client-centered advocacy

Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation

Qualification

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active Florida bar license

8+ years of civil litigation experience in insurance defense or subrogation

Strong trial advocacy skills and courtroom presence
