Responsibilities
Educates healthcare professionals, community partners, and families about ABA services
Conducts daily in-person sales calls with key existing and new referral partners
Partner with the Director of Outreach to plan and execute territory-specific strategies to drive awareness and referrals
Maintain accurate contact records and activity tracking using CRM tools; report progress regularly to leadership
Work closely with intake specialists to ensure smooth communication with referral sources during the client onboarding process
Participate in outreach events and coordinate launch activities for new programs in your territory
Meet or exceed weekly outreach activity and contact goals
Perform other duties as needed to support business development and growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 1 year of healthcare sales experience (ABA, home health, hospice, long-term care, pharma, DME, or similar)
Experience with cold calling and lead generation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Comfortable with local daily travel through assigned region and occasional out-of-state trips
Technologically savvy with CRM systems and communication tools
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
