Business Analyst
ApTask is seeking a Business Analyst / Program Coordinator. The role involves supporting the Program Director, building dashboards, overseeing key data points, and assisting with meeting coordination and planning.
Responsibilities
Support the Program Director and Change Management lead
Build dashboards and SharePoint sites for communication
Trend data and help to draft forecast of impacts
Oversee key data points that have heavy influence to capacity, materials inventory, operations staffing, testing/quality, etc
Assist with large meeting coordination and workshop agenda/planning – excel expert
Qualification
