Account Executive [Sales]
Lilo is a startup revolutionizing procurement for Commercial Real Estate businesses through an AI-driven platform. They are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and expand their footprint within the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
Own the full outbound process: prospecting, outreach, qualification
Build and manage a pipeline of hospitality-focused prospects
Conduct tailored demos and communicate our value to operators
Navigate long sales cycles with professionalism and persistence
Attend industry events to represent Lilo and build strategic relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and post-sale success
Qualification
Required
Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills
Proven success managing full sales cycles
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ownership mindset
Must be allowed to work in the US
Preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
