The role of Production Network & Facility Planning Intern involves assisting in the development of production network strategies and supporting various facility-related tasks.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining the production network strategy
Prepare presentations for management and project meetings using Microsoft PowerPoint
Create cost overviews and reports using Microsoft Excel
Lead or support various cross-functional projects and tasks
Coordinate and manage small-scale projects independently
Support facility maintenance (e.g., Assist with regular safety audits and inspections)
Setup and teardown for meetings, training sessions, and special events
Move furniture and equipment as needed
Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services
Qualification
Required
Currently attending a college or university (Graduation year of 2027 or later)
Able to work 20 hours per week on average during the school year/ flexible schedule
Able to work 30-40 hours per week on average during the summer/ flexible schedule
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills in English
Self-motivated, open-minded, and eager to learn
Ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments
Professional demeanor and effective interpersonal skills
Preferred
Spanish and/or German language skills are a plus
