Responsibilities
Drive collaboration across internal teams and clients to deliver integrated solutions that create measurable business impact
Act as a key connector, ensuring alignment between advisory, technology, and operations
Strengthen client relationships and support revenue growth across multiple engagements
Enable communication between clients, other EXL business units, internal support staff, as well as multi-functional and multi-shore project teams
Qualification
Required
9-12 years of experience in data management or related field
Experience in Banking and Capital Markets
Strong technical expertise in data management
Proven client relationship management skills
Demonstrated business acumen
Ability to drive collaboration across internal teams and clients
Experience in delivering integrated solutions
Strong communication skills to enable interaction with clients and internal teams
Ability to support revenue growth across multiple engagements
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites in the U.S
