Responsibilities
Set-up, perform, analyze and report on all phases of product testing based on developed test plans
Training staff on rewash & quality inspection related to mold & broken parts
Responsible for maintaining accurate quality related records
Provide detailed results of testing and inspections to Depot Manager to ensure quality standards are satisfied
Follows all ISO regulations and requirements for testing, GMP inspecting, documenting
Reviewing all paperwork for accuracy and completion on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Oversee the implementation of the food safety plan
Ensure plant is within compliance by performing, Quarterly Deibel swabs, daily verification of swabs and plates, signing off on weekly Microbial swab paperwork
Perform performance audits on current and new products
Responsible for plant GMP audits and presenting findings at monthly quality meetings
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in a technical field, or 1-2 years' experience in quality in lieu of degree
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and follow Quality Control Specifications
Preferred
Familiarity with ISO and Food Safety standards
