Responsibilities
Create and edit intricate drawings
Perform advanced calculations
Conduct comprehensive land survey research
Ensure all CAD work meets the highest standards of precision and accuracy
Confirm that all drawings and maps accurately represent the surveyed data while adhering to project specifications and industry standards
Guide and assist less experienced technicians in their work
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced problem-solving skills
Advanced understanding of CAD and Surveying principles
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to share knowledge and provide support to less experienced CAD Technicians
Experience with subdivisions and plots
Basic understanding and ability to read construction plans, procedures and perform field calcs
A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a willingness to stay updated on the latest CAD software and surveying technologies
Preferred
Familiarity with other relevant software (such as GIS or BIM software) and technology used in surveying and civil engineering
