Responsibilities

Participate in on-the-job training alongside experienced biomedical and imaging engineering professionals

Develop and apply client relationship and communication skills in clinical environments

Learn the daily workflow of healthcare engineers and how to operate effectively within hospital settings

Respond to service calls and assist with equipment troubleshooting, calibration, and repair

Train in preventive maintenance procedures, electrical safety standards, and vendor coordination

Perform inventory validation and real-time service tasks under supervision

Engage in imaging-specific training to build competencies in diagnostic equipment support

Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary CMMS system

All other duties as assigned

Required

Basic to intermediate computer proficiency and ability to learn proprietary software

Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools

Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation

Valid driver's license required; travel may be necessary depending on site assignment

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening which will include a limited background check and screen for illegal substance use
