Sr. Technical Program Manager, Amazon Leo

Responsibilities

Implement manufacturing quality systems across Amazon Leo's satellite production
Monitor quality metrics, collect data, and perform analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Execute quality control processes for complex aerospace manufacturing operations
Work with engineering teams to implement technical requirements into manufacturing quality specifications
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure component quality meets Amazon Leo standards
Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions
Maintain documentation for quality processes that meet aerospace industry standards
Support quality engineers and contribute to team development

Required

5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
