Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the automotive sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while fostering a positive and energetic work environment
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that include B2B (business-to-business) outreach, outbound sales campaigns, and upselling techniques to maximize dealership revenue
Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients through cold calling and outreach to closing high-end vehicle deals with professionalism and confidence
Cultivate relationships with potential customers through excellent communication skills, public speaking engagements, and personalized customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels aligned with market demand
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and support ongoing sales support initiatives
Conduct regular training sessions on negotiation skills, phone etiquette, retail math, and organizational skills to enhance team performance
Coordinate marketing efforts to promote dealership offerings through various channels including digital marketing campaigns and community events
Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and dealership transactions for reporting purposes
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to automobile sales while upholding high standards of ethics and professionalism

Required

Proven experience in automotive sales management or dealership leadership roles with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Demonstrated ability in outside sales techniques such as cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and upselling within a high-end or luxury vehicle environment
Skilled in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales pipelines effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of inventory control systems, marketing strategies, retail math calculations, and automotive industry best practices is essential
Automotive General Sales Manager: 5 years (Required)
