They are seeking a Principal Functional Overhead Analyst to support the Operations, Supply Chain & Quality Finance Department, focusing on developing quarterly EACs, tracking overhead performance, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

Own responsibility for Various functional partners and Quarterly EACs

Oversee the details of Budgets including staffing, Direct and Indirect, and OH expenses which includes detailed analysis, trends, and coordination with all stakeholders

Help develop and implement process/reporting improvements and forecasting for all stakeholders

Support and coordinate AOP assumptions for assigned Business partner directorate to understand changes, constraints, as well as risks and opportunities to the financial plan

Ensure that all assignments are prioritized and completed on schedule with adequate time allotted for management review

Required

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Experience in Operations, Program, or Overhead/Indirect finance (managing multiple contracts, Estimate at Complete (EACs))

Experience leading and actively participating in meetings

Experience with estimating staffing and other elements of cost forecasting

Experience with financial systems (SAP, BW, Rplan, Control, etc.), and tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred

Works exceptionally well in a team environment, but also capable working individually

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Aptitude for working in a team environment to achieve results

Capable of handling a high stress environment with multiple tasks going on simultaneously

Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to share opinions confidently and professionally across multiple levels of management
