Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Procurement, Public Admin, Legal Studies, or Business
3–6 years supporting transit or infrastructure-related procurement
Contract drafting and negotiation support

Vendor portals and procurement platforms
Stakeholder coordination and documentation
Preferred
Familiarity with FAR, NYS finance rules, or MTA guidelines preferred
Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB)
