Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
Monitor cost, schedule, and resource utilization metrics
Track change orders, budget revisions, and claims
Produce S-curves, WBS models, and variance analysis reports
Interface with field, engineering, and PMO leads to maintain alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
5–8 years in public works, construction, or asset-intensive project controls
Strong understanding of federal/state capital project lifecycles
Earned value analysis and forecasting
WBS structuring and cost loading
Cost management tools (EcoSys, PRISM, Oracle, etc.)
Advanced Excel and schedule analytics
Preferred
Certified Cost Professional (CCP – AACE)
Primavera P6 Certified Professional
