Responsibilities
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Looker, delivering clear and actionable insights
Analyze workforce/ people data (headcount, turnover, performance, recruiting, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to define reporting needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions
Contribute to the optimization of Workday reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights to support HR and business decision-making
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and dashboards
Support the design and implementation of workforce metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
Translate complex data into compelling visual stories that support executive presentations and business reviews
Partner with HRIS and IT teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure smooth integration with systems such as Visier and Workday
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or in any similar scientific field
2+ years of experience in analytics and/or data warehousing, ideally in an international context
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerBI, and Looker; experience building complex, visually engaging dashboards required
Demonstrated analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent Excel and data modeling capabilities; experience with SQL a plus
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A passion for the luxury, fashion industry and a commitment to excellence in execution
Preferred
Familiarity with Workday, Visier, or other HRIS systems
