Qualification
Required
Thorough completion of each section of the application, including prior job responsibilities, duties, and supplemental questions
Ability to assist with the collection of delinquent accounts
Participation on the call center team within the Compliance Division
Perform a variety of front-line customer service duties
Perform compliance, administrative and/or technical support duties
Assist in the collection and processing of delinquent taxes and fees
Ability to serve an ethnically and culturally diverse population
Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients
