Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Own all aspects of the Workday Advanced Compensation implementation to deliver approved business functionality
Planning & Execution: Define and execute project scope, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and budget
Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with stakeholders and related projects to develop detailed schedules and ensure alignment
Lifecycle Management: Oversee change requests, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and status reporting throughout the project
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, including purchases, contracts, monthly spend, and resource forecasting
Vendor Management: Facilitate purchase requisitions and onboarding of third-party resources
Risk & Issue Resolution: Address low-risk issues or scope changes; escalate significant risks to senior leadership
Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders as needed
Methodology Application: Apply or adapt project management techniques and methodologies to solve challenges effectively
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of project management experience
Deep knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation, with emphasis on global implementation
Ability to implement advanced compensation for annual merit and bonus processes across ~15 countries
Develop compensation statements in approximately five local languages
Ensure compliance and consistency across multiple regions and languages
