Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day operational stability and provide expert technical support to our customers
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Linux environments
Contribute to the management and automation of our cloud platform infrastructure
Collaborate with a fast-paced, innovative team to improve reliability, performance, and scalability
Participate in on-call rotations and provide Tier 1-3 support
Gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies based on customer needs
Qualification
Required
12 years in software development/engineering, including analysis, design, development, integration, testing, maintenance, and problem resolution
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field is preferred (counts as 2 years of experience). Master's in a technical field counts as 4 years. Note: Degrees in Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar are also acceptable
One of the following certifications is required: AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKAD), Elastic Certified Engineer or Elastic Certified Observability Engineer
Active TS/SCI with current polygraph required
