As a Talent Acquisition Team Intern, you will support the recruiting operations by reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interview processes while gaining valuable experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

Assist with reviewing applications and resumes for open requisitions

Learn and execute sourcing best practices through LinkedIn and other platforms

Help coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication

Contribute to projects related to university relations and internship program logistics

Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Other duties as assigned

Required

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program (rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) or Master's program

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience with project tracker tools a plus (Monday.com, etc)
