Aftermarket Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Grow aftermarket revenue by developing strong customer relationships with marine dealers, distributors, online channel partners and retail outlets
Optimize product listings, content accuracy, and digital assets to ensure consistent brand representation across all distribution, retail and online channels
Expand wholesale presence by adding new products, promoting existing offerings and ensuring consistent stocking, competitive pricing, and broad market availability
Monitor competitive activity and market trends within retail environments to identify growth opportunities
Assist distribution partners to develop and maintain strong relationships with big box retail buyers, merchandising teams, and store managers
Drive sales growth and collaborate with e-commerce partners to execute seasonal campaigns, sponsored placements, and conversion-driving activities
Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social media, and online retail platforms to increase aftermarket product visibility
Optimize SEO, paid ads, and e-commerce strategies to expand reach and conversions
Manage product content (descriptions, imagery, promotional copy) to ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy
Use analytics tools to measure online performance and adjust strategies for impact
Track and analyze point-of-sale data, online performance metrics, competitor activity and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Provide actionable insights to Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities
Translate customer and market feedback into recommendations for product improvements, promotions, and channel development
Communicate with Product Management customer insights and market trends
Collaborate with Customer Service and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless aftermarket experiences
Support global marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to raise brand awareness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales and/or account management
2+ years of experience in aftermarket support including digital marketing, e-commerce platform support and retail environment support
Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and e-commerce platforms
Experience with Amazon seller/vendor central accounts and knowledge of Amazon marketing initiatives and opportunities
Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to both B2B and B2C audiences

Preferred

Marine industry experience a plus but not required
