Levy Restaurants is a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry, operating across numerous entertainment and sports venues. They are seeking a Front Desk HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team, handling employee inquiries and managing various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests, inquiries, and questions both in person and over the phone

Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests, track HR compliance items and process paperwork

Supports MLB credentialing for events

Assists HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects

Makes photocopies, mass printing jobs, scans documents and performs other clerical functions

Files/scan papers and documents into the appropriate employee files using shared drive

Prepare and create new employee files

Creating standard operating procedures

Support with large-scale orientations

Processes office mail

Managing office bulletin boards

Responsible for ensuring the office is clean, tidy, decorated, and stocked

Track office supply inventory and submit office supply orders

Support with HR employee engagement initiatives

Assists all managers with misc. projects

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

This position requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

1-2 years of experience in an administration role

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must

Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally

The ideal candidate is a proactive, polished professional with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to represent the department with confidence and professionalism

Demonstrated ability to stay composed and effective in high-pressure situations

Proficient with office equipment including scanners, copiers, and printers
