Responsibilities
Fixing minor plumbing leaks, replacing light bulbs, patching drywall, repairing minor electrical issues, replacing door hardware, and simple carpentry work
Performing routine inspections on HVAC systems, checking fire alarms, lubricating machinery, cleaning drains, and monitoring building systems for potential issues
Responding to maintenance requests, identifying issues, and completing assigned work orders within set time frames
Maintaining general cleanliness of common areas, including sweeping floors, removing trash, and wiping down surfaces
Basic landscaping tasks like trimming hedges, removing debris and snow removal
Maintaining proper stock levels of maintenance supplies and tools
Perform pool vehicle check list and maintenance on Office services vehicles
Adhering to company safety protocols and reporting potential hazards
Front desk coverage when needed, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate person
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum three (3) years directly related maintenance experience
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public
Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years in order to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy
Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance programs, facility and equipment maintenance practices
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder, twist, crawl, and jump
Strong customer and people skills are essential
Must meet and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations set forth by the company and client
