Oversee supervisors, leads, technicians, equipment, and materials to meet both daily production and long-term business goals in an electrical field service group
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electrical, Business or related technical degree
Minimum of 7 years of experience in general management or operations in the power distribution industry
5+ years of electrical testing experience or power generation services
Entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize projects, delegating when appropriate
Demonstrated technical acumen to manage complex field service business with diverse customer segments and multiple product lines
Preferred
3 years of experience managing operational improvement or efficiency projects
NETA level 2, 3 or 4 certification
