Lead the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) analytics domain
Drive both technical delivery and cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and functional teams
Guide a team of content developers
Oversee delivery of new features and subject areas
Ensure quality and performance of semantic models
Partner closely with Fusion PPM product teams to align analytics design with functional business processes
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in software development
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Hands-on technical leadership
Deep expertise in OAC/OBIEE semantic modelling
Proficiency in SQL
Experience in data warehousing
Strong people management skills
Strong project management skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience guiding a team of content developers
Ability to oversee delivery of new features and subject areas
Ability to ensure quality and performance of semantic models
Ability to partner closely with Fusion PPM product teams
