Responsibilities
Support all aspects of the color and material mastering process, including master creation, match to master, and master replenishment activities
Support supply chain development and troubleshooting to ensure CMF Design intent is met
Supply chain performance tracking to ensure color and material masters are on track to meet production timelines
Materials metrology research and best-practices implementation
Project management
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Color Science, Textiles (Technology, Management or Engineering), or a Quality Control/Quality Assurance related discipline
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers working with data
Exceptional communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to learn concepts quickly
Self-starter who can manage multiple parallel-path projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
Preferred
Understanding of materials development and/or color quality assessment processes strongly preferred
