Pro Talent Solutions is a growing healthcare group seeking a Finance Supervisor / Controller to oversee the financial operations for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities. The role includes leading accounting activities, reviewing financial performance, and partnering with facility leadership to drive operational excellence.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of accountants supporting multiple SNFs
Review monthly financial statements prepared by the accounting team
Lead monthly financial review calls with facility administrators
Conduct variance analysis, census and revenue review, cost management, and payroll and staffing analysis
Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualification

Skilled nursing facility accountingAnalytical abilitiesLeadership experienceCommunication skillsDriven work ethic

Required

Skilled nursing facility accounting experience required
Strong analytical abilities, driven work ethic, and excellent communication skills

Preferred

Leadership experience preferred but not required
