Communication Data Link is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join their team. This key position involves balancing customer relationships with company needs while driving business initiatives and completing projects. The role requires overseeing field employees, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Direct the activities of all field employees so the company is running as efficiently as possible in order to maximize daily production

You will uphold business goals to achieve long-term initiatives

Meet customer project deadlines and see the job lifecycle from start to finish

Take on-call line rotation, provide live response to customer, dispatch on-call crews, set job up for execution

Enforce company policies and procedures and provide disciplinary action when required

Evaluate and implement ways to improve procedures and maximize production

Assist all training of field employees in areas in need of improvement. Communicate with the management team about what the company can do to assist the foreman with training

Review daily production sheets and assist with final billing

Troubleshoot operation problems and issues

Must be able to locate, measure, and mark required site locations using various measuring devices and prints

Follow and enforce safety requirements ensure that all those on-the-job sites is adhering to all safety requirements at all times

Represent the company while working on the jobsite
